All of the boo-hoo-hooing over Whitney Houston is getting a bit over the top. Like Amy Winehouse before her, Houston ruined her own career (and possibly ended her life) thru the use of drugd. YES - we should respect her as an arist and pray for her soul... NO - we should not re-set The Grammys to glorify the likes of Houston. Bobbi Kristina, 18, had been staying at the Beverly Hilton, the same hotel where her mother had registered to stay at for a pre-Grammy party Saturday night.

It was reported on Saturday that Bobbi Kristina got into a shouting match with police officers after she was denied entry into the fourth-floor room where her mother had died. TMZ reported she demanded to see her mother's body, but police informed her that no one was allowed to see the body. Houston's cousin, singer Dionne Warwick, was also turned away.

The Los Angeles Times reported that days before her death Houston had been acting strangely, skipping around a ballroom and reportedly doing handstands near the hotel pool. According to The Times' Gerrick D. Kennedy, Houston greeted people with a warm smile but appeared disheveled in mismatched clothes and hair that was dripping wet.

Police say that so far they do not have evidence that drugs played a role in Houston's death.
